The Care Plan is designed to give you peace of mind, knowing your site is secure, running smoothly, and always up to date. It takes away the worry of whether your website is working as it should and frees you to focus on your business.
Websites that are left alone often develop small issues that grow into bigger problems, broken links, expired licences, missing security updates, or forms that stop sending enquiries. The Care Plan prevents those problems before they happen.
It also helps your site grow with your business. Regular updates, quick changes and ongoing support mean your website always reflects who you are and what you do today, not last year.
For many clients, the real benefit is knowing there is someone to call when they have a question or need a change. Instead of trying to figure things out alone, you have direct access to professional support with a clear, predictable monthly cost.

What's included?
The Care Plan includes a monthly health check, an SEO and traffic snapshot, one hour of support time, and priority response.
Health Check
Each month I review your site to make sure everything is safe, stable, and performing well. This includes checking security and SSL, confirming licences are active, monitoring uptime, reviewing page speed, verifying that automated backups are working, and testing your enquiry forms. You’ll receive a short report so you can see that your site is protected and running smoothly.
SEO & Traffic Snapshot
Alongside the health check, I provide a simple monthly summary showing where your visitors are coming from, which pages they use most, and how your site appears in search results. It gives you a clear view of how your site is performing without needing to log into analytics tools.
1 Hour of Support
Each month includes one hour of my time that you can use for content edits, image updates, layout adjustments, uploading blog posts or news, adding new contact details, or even quick training and advice. This keeps your site fresh and relevant while saving you the time and stress of figuring it out yourself.
Priority Response
When you’re on the Care Plan, your requests always go to the top of my list. You’ll get faster turnaround and a clear point of contact when something needs attention.

FAQ's
Can I roll over unused time?
No. The included hour is there to encourage steady progress each month and keep your site up to date.
What if I need a bigger change?
Larger updates or redesigns will be quoted separately, see below for 'extras' pricing, or you can book additional hours at the £50 per hour rate.
Can I cancel the plan early?
The Care Plan runs for 12 months. After that you can choose to renew annually or continue month to month. Early cancellation is not available.
Do I have to take the Care Plan with a new website?
Yes. For new website builds the Care Plan is required for the first 12 months to make sure your site stays secure and supported.
What if I already have hosting and email set up?
That’s fine. I will continue to work with your existing setup, or you can choose add-ons if you’d like me to manage domains and email for you.
Do you only work with Wix Studio?
Yes. Focusing on one platform keeps things efficient, reliable, and cost-effective for you.
